Shipping Policy – Chief of the Leaf

Thank you for shopping with Chief of the Leaf. We are committed to delivering your cigars safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship to states or localities where tobacco shipments are prohibited.

2. Age Verification
All customers must be 21 years or older to purchase tobacco products. Age verification may be required before shipment and upon delivery.

3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the selected carrier and shipping option:

    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. 

6. Adult Signature Requirement
All tobacco shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@chiefoftheleaf.com within 5 days of delivery.

8. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

9. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
